-At Anytime Fitness, positive energy hits you in the face

Bodyphit Personal TrainingWalk in the door at Anytime Fitness and see if you don’t feel a rush of positive energy hitting you square in the face. It’s refreshing! Two chiseled personal trainers named Janet and Asghar great you with such warmth and vitality that it’s hard to leave. And when you hear their philosophy of fitness, it’s impossible NOT to believe.

Janet Bannowsky and Asghar Ghorbani have a burning desire to help people lose weight and get fit, and they have the faith that they can help anyone. They believe that we are all stwearsd of the bodies that God has entrusted to us. When people go astray, they mismanage the stewardship of their bodies. Anytime Fitness is the perfect answer. This place is a healing center! With the positive energy of the personal trainers, couple with their expert knowledge of diet, muscle groups and exercise methods, this place causes anyone to imagine what is possible. Personal trainer Asghar likes to say that imagination is the root of all the causes of success. You’ve got-to imagine. Then comes your resolve. Finally it’s time to act.

“Let’s realize our potential,” janet and Asghar proclaim with enthusiasm. “Be proud of who you really are. We are all children of Adam - we’ve got great DNA.”

At Anytime Fitness, clients of all ages get the same personal attention. Some clients are in their twenties. Others are in their nineties! They all get the same love and service that makes this place a ministry that people can’t afford to pass by. Baby boomers are living longer and looking for a better quality of life. They want to move around and travel. Imagine actually enjoying your trips without physical aliments. Pills can make you feel comfortable, for awhile. But they don’t necessarily make you better. It’s time to take it to the next level.

Just ask Ronnie Elso and his wife Carrie. They are baby boomers over the age of 60. Carrie has been relegated to a wheelchair for the last 16 years, debilitated by a major stroke. Ronnie wasn’t doing much better; diabetic, weighing nearly 300 pounds, and living an almost sedentary lifestyle. “It hurt to walk,” he says. “We were basically sitting at home, taking pills and waiting to die. I felt nothing but fear. But them we discover this place (Anytime Fitness).” Personal trainers Asghar and Janet told Carrie that she would get out of her wheelchair. “Let’s go,” they said. After three months, Carrie is walking all over with the help of a walker. She never dreamed she’d get out of her wheelchair. Ronnie is down 20 pounds so far. Excise and fitness comes easy. “I admit, we didn’t take care of our bodies like we should have; but that shouldn’t mean a death sentence. You can always change. That’s what Janet and Asghar taught us.” As they saying goes, “Get busy living, or get busy dying.” The Elsons decide to believe that their personal trainers were committed to what they were doing.

“God did not call us to be suck and to be hurting all the time,” Ronnie Elson says. You don’t have to go home and wait to die. There’s so much more for us to do in this life.”

As a diabetic, Ronnie’s sugar is under control now. His blood pressure is down and his cholesterol level is perfect. “There is a difference between an old 60 and a young 60,” says Ronnie. “I was afraid to die, fearing every day. But here at Anytime Fitness, all I got was positive, positive, positive. The more positive I hear, the more I believed. My personal trainers are experts in diet and health fitness, and every day we come into what new things God will do in our lives.”

This is a ministry of healing. Let Janet and Asghar help you. Call them at 909.484.6880 or stop in at 7890 Haven Avenue, Suite 22 (near Brunswick Bowling Center). As their mantra goes: Come here, and live.
